Because COGITA on its own cannot successfully complete ERP projects or related work for clients, partnership is a key pre-requisite for success of the COGITA-Client relationship and subsequent agreements or projects or work.
Therefore in proceeding with such agreements or work COGITA and the Client agree to be partners.
That is COGITA and the Client agree to:
- Collaborate and participate in good faith
- Share the risks appropriate to the roles of each partner in such agreements or work
- Candidly discuss reservations and fears
- Assign the necessary resources of the appropriate quality
- When appropriate, seek resolutions promptly.
Good Faith is behaviour which effectively protects the interests of all relevant parties.
