Gold Certified Partner represents the highest level of competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies and have the closest working relationship with Microsoft. The certification reflects COGITA's commitment to supporting the Microsoft technologies used by its clients and Epicor. This certification involved passing technical exams plus client references.

No way! ICE stands for Internet Component Environment. It is Epicor's latest Service Orientated Architecture and combines Web 2.0 technology and 2008 Microsoft Windows Workflow foundation.

What does ICE 2.0 do?

ICE 2.0 will unify and simplify Epicor's web services so they perform well enough to be the universal connection to Epicor Vantage 9 and makes information available easily any where any time.

So why are Epicor & the Industry Analysts so excited about ICE 2.0?

Forrester Research are excited and describe "ICE" as Dynamic, enabling software built for change allowing Epicor to stay at the forefront of the next wave of enabling technologies.

Microsoft was so excited they gave top billing to Epicor's "ICE" at their recent "Hero's happen here" launch in Los Angeles.

What would it mean to me as a Vantage user?
